In order to guarantee a booking, you must submit your request by the Saturday before (or sooner, the earlier the better.) Of course, we can still try to fit you in if you submit your request later in the week, but there may be a chance we are completely booked by then. PLEASE NOTE:

We provide walking & sitting services from 5:30am to 10:30pm, seven days a week! Please use the client portal for direct communications/updates to any scheduled walkers/sitters visiting, especially if it is immediate.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm and Saturday & Sunday, 10am- 2pm.  Holidays we are closed but still monitoring email.  We will respond to your submission as soon as possible once business hours are open again!
